Firewall Guidance
The IBackup® Mirror application is designed to work smoothly with firewalls. In most cases, you simply need to permit the firewall prompts associated with the IBackup® Mirror application during installation. You should also ensure that the firewall provisions access to '*.ibackup.com', '*.idrive.com' and '*.idrivemirror.com', to allow traffic originating from the IDrive and IBackup domains.
